Kelcy brings over 20 years of experience in information technology, operations, and nonprofit systems management. Her career has spanned IT leadership roles, event production, platform integration, and business operations, always with a focus on making systems simple, usable, and sustainable for small teams.
She has led technology strategy for organizations ranging from public health initiatives to international nonprofits, overseeing everything from cybersecurity alignment and platform rollouts to day-to-day ops support. With deep hands-on experience in platforms like Salesforce, Cvent, Google Workspace, Box, WordPress, and more, she's a go-to expert for organizations navigating complex toolsets without large in-house teams.
Kelcy is equally comfortable mapping out a long-term technology roadmap and rolling up her sleeves to fix a broken integration the same afternoon. She leads with clarity and empathy, and has a knack for translating what tech actually needs to do into plain language the whole team can act on.
Casey Hughes, MBA
Casey has more than 20 years of experience leading IT strategy, infrastructure design, and digital transformation across startups, nonprofits, and enterprise environments. He's built IT departments from the ground up, consolidated complex tech environments, and guided organizations through mergers, cloud migrations, and cost-saving initiatives.
As a senior IT leader, Casey brings deep expertise in cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, vendor management, and long-term planning. He has overseen multi-million-dollar IT budgets, led enterprise-wide system transitions, and authored cybersecurity and compliance policies to meet evolving business and regulatory demands.
